What got you started playing guitar?
My Grandfather. I didn’t make the fifth grade basketball team, so my parents told me I should learn guitar, so my Grandpa started teaching me.

How’d you get involved with SalemsVoice?
I was in a band with Lance and Justin called Warren 47, when we broke up I started playing guitar with Matt Barnett, pretty soon we got together with Lance and Justin, and the rest is history.

Any great memories from playing or performing?
Playing in Cincinnati and staying in a hotel over the weekend, and also driving a huge conversion van with a U-Haul trailer attached through downtown Cincy.

Describe each member of SalemsVoice in one sentence.
Matt – a.k.a. “Special K,” is the best guitarist ever, and also a great boyfriend to Jaclyn.
Lance – So much I could write about Lance, he is definitely one of a kind, and his facial expressions are the best.
Justin – Agreat guy and a great bassist, he also looks like a Beatle when his hair grows out.
Dave – The best lyricist I have ever worked with, also the biggest Napoleon Dynamite fan ever.

I have so many, maybe, Dumb and Dumber

“Anything is possible.”
